[Before this gel eyeliner I had only a cheap eyeliner gel from Ebay. This was sort of a "NoName Gel Eyeliner" from Hong Kong. Looked like look like the Coastal Scents. If I put the Bobbi Brown comparison, suppose I have to say that between these two are worlds apart. The cheap (at that time cost about 5 €) was indeed creamy and deep black ... but greasy, slightly crumbly and dry. Does that mean that you had to always watch that one does not smear.]

The Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner in Black Ink has no glitter or shimmer particles and can be intensified depending on how much it takes. The color is not necessarily a deep black but clearly black.
